  • General sharing of Event Wise vendors/suppliers

  • Preliminary meeting 1-2 months prior to review status and raise any red flags

  • Day-of Event Schedule

  • Direct contact with all vendors 2 weeks prior to event

  • Meeting 2 weeks prior to event to finalize all details

  • Conducting of ceremony rehearsal

  • Ensuring all vendors and suppliers are on point the day of the event

  • Set-up check for all décor and floral

  • Placement of any décor provided by clients

  • Direction given to your MC for the entire night

  • General run-of-show to all vendors/suppliers

  • Final edits of seating chart

  • Final delivery of seating chart to venue 

  • Cueing of photographer and videographers for any special moments

  • Cueing of all speeches

  • Payment and gratuities issued to all vendors on your behalf
